At Sugar Butter Bakes, we work hard to create products that bring joy and confidence to families. Because our offerings include both food products and digital downloads, different refund rules apply.

Digital Products (Recipes, Printables, Kits)

All sales of digital downloads are final.
Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you experience any issues with downloading or opening your file, please contact us at [Insert Email], and we will be happy to resend the files or assist you.

Bakery Products (Hotplate Orders)

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we cannot accept returns once an order has been picked up or delivered.
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup so we can review the issue and make it right where possible.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
